- Experience Required 6 Month to 1 Year
- Prepare a wide variety of material, reports and presentations using intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prepare Payroll and Manage attendance
- Upload documents to employee electronic employee files
- Service orientation – always looking for way to help others
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Manage Recruitment (requisitions and postings, candidate interviews, drafting offer letters, sending out new hire packets.)
- Review resumes, perform phone screens, conduct reference checks and facilitate scheduling of interviews
- Performs other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of personnel, executive support, and work well as part of a team.
