Roles and Responsibility
- The success candidate will be leading the quotation team of power transformer.
- You will be responsible for the technical solution, on time delivery and quality etc. of the quotation team.

Good communication and technical strength presentation with customer.- You will cooperate with sale team to pursuit the target and high margin projects.
- Responsible for the competency development and carrier planning of team members.
- Collecting and reporting the new technical trend from customer and market.
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree of Electrical Engineering from 985,211 university.
- Transformer electrical design experience more than 7 years.
- Transformer electrical design experience on power transformer, furnace transformer, VSD, traction feeder transformer and wind turbine transformer ect.
- Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written is a must.
- Strong team working ability, good communication skill.
- Office skill and simulation skill would be preferred.
- Good communication and leadership.
- A team player, open minded, team oriented and autonomous.
- Quick learner with ability to master new areas.
- Curiosity in different type of transformer solution, customer focus, vender solution ect.
- Structured approach for problem solving.
