This is a new position for a graduate in a relevant area of digital communications and/or digital marketing. It reflects ECNP’s planned expansion of its communication and outreach offering.
The junior project manager digital communications will be part of a communications team of three overseeing all of ECNP’s communication-related functions, as well as providing input on ECNP’s communications activities and strategy generally.
You will be welcomed into our motivated team of 17 colleagues in a collaborative, supportive office environment. We have a dedicated office in Utrecht, but also offer flexible working arrangements, with working-from-home possibilities.
The ability to operate in a team, to work independently, to function in a deadline-oriented environment, and to liaise with diverse stakeholders in the larger ECNP community is a must.
Specific tasks include:
- Assisting with managing the ECNP websites, including content generation, curation, keyword analysis and/or search-engine optimisation (SEO)
- Helping to co-ordinate the online learning management system (LMS)
- Assisting with social media (copy, images, videos, etc.)
- Monitoring social media, web and and e-mailing data and contributing to the optimisation plan
- Co-ordinating e-mail shots
- Assisting with pay-per-click campaigns
- Supporting ECNP’s promotional activities generally
Requirements:
- Experience with CMSes, ideally (but not necessarily) SiteCore
- Experience with social media platforms
- High level of familiarity with in MS Office products, including Excel
- General affinity with IT tools and an interest in learning more
- Familiarity with reporting tools and interest in extracting insights from data
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Sense of urgency and ‘can do’ attitude
- High standards of integrity and trustworthiness
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising is a plus
What ECNP offers
The position is full-time (36 hours), though part-time (32 hours) is also possible. Some willingness to travel – especially to the annual ECNP Congress – is essential.
ECNP offers a challenging job in a dynamic environment within an international non-profit organisation. The position has a competitive salary and benefits, including a pension plan, 180 hours of holiday full time (36 hours) and a guaranteed 13th month. The expectation is that, after the 12-month trial period, the position will lead to a permanent contract.
