- Selects type of material according to product being fabricated, knowledge of duct materials and job standards and specifications and evaluation of sire workmanship.
- May do layout of fittings and duct, including manually locating and marking dimensions and reference lines on sheet metal, duct board, flex and duct pipe.
- May receive equipment/materials at site and evaluate its status prior to signing acceptance of delivery notes.
- May set up and operate soldering and welding equipment to join together copper tubing and conduct pressure test where required.
- Should also have relevant experience in fabricating and installing of prefabricated and GI ducts.
- Should have experience on how to remove / install of various dampers and grills and diffusers.
- Must have at least 7 years (UAE / GCC) filed experience.
