Knox International Hotel and Apartments is a 52-room property located in Wantirna, Victoria. it now has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. Your position involves all aspects of front office reception including providing friendly, personalized customer service while checking in and out guests, responding to accommodation inquiries via the phone, email or in person, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, maintaining cleanness of reception, back office and meeting room, basic housekeeping service. The successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems and a high standard of personal presentation.

1. Must have entitlements to work in Australia.
2. work 20 to 30 hours per week as a casual receptionist.
3. Fluent English is essential. Chinese speaking is advantage.
4. Previous front office/reception experience a hotel / serviced apartment property environment will be highly regarded but not essential (Free training provided)
5. Students are welcome.
