Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the launch of strategic projects to optimise new units and parts stock management. Relevant focus on Parts profitability e.g. Digital Parts Platform roll out; Parts S&OP and Parts pricing tools
  • Launch the key elements of the finance and Insurance offering in all APAC markets, developing omni-channel and end-to-end customer journeys. This will include the development and launch of Inchcape Inclusive; Guaranteed Future Value Products and online finance
  • Develop strategy to launch new businesses in additional markets, working with both local and regional partners throughout the automotive value chain
  • Lead governance and integration of regional Mergers & Acquisitions targets in developing markets. To include effective liaison with OEMs and best practices sharing across the region
  • Effectively link markets and global commercial platforms to ensure the best global solutions are developed and implemented successfully and at pace

Job Requirements

  • Track record in commercial success in automotive, finance and related industries. Knowledge of parts operations would be of particular interest
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience of change management and implementation of business operating models that resulted in successful adoption
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical thinking, and consulting skills
  • Proven track record of delivering minimum viable products to market at rapid speed
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate a matrixed organization, tell compelling stories with ease to senior executives, and inspire teams about things that should exist that don’t exist yet
