TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. is looking for several 'IV&V candidates to support a large modernization effort'. We are looking for the following positions: Project Manager, Technical Architect, and a Senior Business Analyst.

Project Manager:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of IT project management and or Program Management experience for a government or private sector project, with experience of leading at least 3 projects exceeding $10M budget.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or master’s degree in another discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in leading
- Project Management (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or any PMI-issued agile certifications or similar agile project management certification like Certified Scum Master (CSM).
- IV&V, QA or Project Governance activities
- Experience in IT product implementation
- At least 5 years’ experience in executive project reporting and presentation
- Experience in developing IV&V or project governance reports like IV&V assessments, Project Health assessment, Risk Assessment, Defect Management Plan
- Possess exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills and must be available to present executive project presentations to multiple levels of project leadership and to other government executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects related to Unemployment Tax Insurance
- Experience in Application Development
Technical Architect
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least ten (10) years prior experience in architecture, application development or product implementation for the large project implementation, preferably COTS or vendor solutions.
- Education: bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems.
Experience:
- Minimum Ten (10) years’ experience in diverse technologies and ability to proactively identify issues with a technology project, provide assessment and provide remediation roadmaps.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience with database applications including mainframe and relational databases
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience supporting IT infrastructure quality control and quality assurance with an emphasis on analyzing and reporting IT services performance metrics.
- Experience in developing IV&V and technical assessment reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects related to Unemployment Tax Insurance
Senior Business Analyst
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in software application business analysis activities, particularly in the government or large commercial IT environment or ten (10) years of unemployment insurance expertise.
- Education: bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or 5 years of Unemployment Insurance tax experience.
- Minimum (5) years’ experience in requirement engineering activities like requirement development and requirement change management.
- Experience in developing IV&V reports and IV&V assessments.
- Experience in leading review of all artifacts for the project, particularly related to the Requirements and QA, UAT
- Must have at least (5) years of experience in using agile methodologies.
- Experience in developing IV&V and functional assessment reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects related to Unemployment Tax Insurance
