Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Developer to join our UX-focused digital agency.
As a Business Developer (Hunter), you will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and developing long-term relationships with them.
Your primary goal will be to drive agency growth by identifying and seizing business opportunities in the field of UX. If you are results-oriented, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and understand the UX market, this opportunity is perfect for you.
The job
- Actively search for new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients in the UX field.
- Identify client needs and propose customized solutions that align with their user experience objectives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to promote the agency’s services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing them with excellent service to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including UX Researcher, UX designers, Digital Consultant and Project Manager to ensure effective coordination in project delivery.
- Stay updated on UX market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, actively contributing to agency growth.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Developer (Hunter) in the digital services industry, preferably with a good understanding in UX.
- Excellent prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to proactively generate new opportunities.
- Good understanding of UX and its importance in creating effective user interfaces.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for new technologies and emerging trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English.
