Brand Ambassador Role
Job Summary
As a Brand Ambassador, your role will be to serve as a restless advocate for pet health in our locations, wholesale accounts, at events, and in the field during grassroots marketing efforts. Brand Ambassadors build relations with new customers and generate leads into our locations. They also assist our locations when called upon if they are having scheduling issues. Although the job is fun, there are days when it can be hard with event planning, set up, and tear down. In this manual, we have provided you with everything you need to know about how to perform your role in the most efficient way possible. Remember our mission is to provide pets with More Life. Key Responsibilities
- Create and establish lasting relationships with vendors, wholesale partners, and new customers when in the field.
- Participate in marketing events in various locations to build brand awareness
- Communicate product details eloquently to pet parents/customers
- Effectively articulate JustFoodForDogs mission to help our four-legged family to live happier and longer lives
Required Skills/Abilities
- Customer service / Retail experience – Pet nutrition a plus
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing (Required)
Work Environment
- Must be available to travel
Expectations
Brand Ambassadors are the first impression of our company that vendors, wholesale partners, new customers, etc. encounter while out in the field. It is expected that all brand ambassadors represent our company and our wholesale partners well while on the clock. Brand Ambassadors are expected to be on time for each shift, event set up and have open lines of communication with their territory manager at all times.Brand Ambassadors are expected to be professional and courteous at all times with their peers, vendors, wholesale partners, and potential customers they meet in the field.
