Your Role & Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. We focus on software solutions for the financial industry, specifically on private banking and wealth management and as a result the analysis tasks will focus on portfolio management, investment analysis, regulatory topics and CRM.
- Gather feature requirements and ideas for our Fintech platform from our Product Managers, your team, yourself, and other stakeholders.
- Understand these requirements and define a solution in our software.
- Specify and document this solution as a Use Case, User Story, Business Process Model, or any other well-structured issue.
- Explain your solution to the Product Managers, development teams and other stakeholders.
- Work together with our designers and software developers to precise the detailed technical solution.
- Try out the implementation of your solution to review if it meets the requirements.
- Work in agile development and release process (Scrum or Kanban)
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst / Feature Owner / Product Owner of an enterprise software.
- Basic understanding of the financial sector.
- Ability to take the concrete perspective of a user and simultaneously abstracting to a more general solution.
- A high sense of responsibility.
- English communication and collaboration skills with product managers, other business analysts, designers, and backend & frontend developers.
- Ability and interest to grasp new ideas and develop own ideas.
- Experience with agile methodology, Jira/Confluence
