As a Concierge at Pacific Plaza Condominium Corporation, you will be the face of our community, providing exceptional service and ensuring residents and guests have a delightful and seamless experience.
Job Description:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to residents' inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist residents with various tasks, such as receiving and delivering packages, arranging transportation services, and coordinating reservations for dining and entertainment.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the local area, including nearby restaurants, shopping centers, cultural attractions, and services, to offer valuable recommendations and assistance to residents and guests.
- Manage access control and security measures, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- Maintain the appearance of the concierge desk and lobby area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance issues and promptly report any concerns related to the safety and cleanliness of the common areas.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and activities within the community to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
- Act as a liaison between residents and management, conveying feedback, suggestions, and concerns to improve overall resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury residential or hotel setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and reservation software.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished appearance, reflecting the upscale standards of our community.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
