Job Description:
- Build an effective and efficient Sales Team.
- Manage, measure, and motivate the Sales Team.
- Set and maintain budgets for the National Network.
- Regular visits to key account customers, and dealer network.
- Compiling of sales promotions on products.
- Dealer and representative product training.
- Analyse and present any new opportunities to grow the division.
- Gather market intelligence on trends in this field.
- Report back to Management Team on progress on a regular basis.
- Visit OEMs and explore opportunities.
- Attend farmer's days and shows.
- Aim to position the company as the primary parts and commodities supplier nationally.
- Proven track record to manage and motivate individuals.
- Be able to travel extensively and spend time away from home.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric (Graduate qualification will be an advantage)
- Completed formal sales management courses.
- Minimum 10 years in Agricultural Parts sales.
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience.
