Job Description:

  • Build an effective and efficient Sales Team.

  • Manage, measure, and motivate the Sales Team.
  • Set and maintain budgets for the National Network.
  • Regular visits to key account customers, and dealer network.
  • Compiling of sales promotions on products.
  • Dealer and representative product training.
  • Analyse and present any new opportunities to grow the division.
  • Gather market intelligence on trends in this field.
  • Report back to Management Team on progress on a regular basis.
  • Visit OEMs and explore opportunities.
  • Attend farmer's days and shows.
  • Aim to position the company as the primary parts and commodities supplier nationally.
  • Proven track record to manage and motivate individuals.
  • Be able to travel extensively and spend time away from home.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Matric (Graduate qualification will be an advantage)
  • Completed formal sales management courses.
  • Minimum 10 years in Agricultural Parts sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience.
